Ringing restart permitted from tomorrow (12th July) - Public Health England consultation started, but continues

The CCCBR guidance has been updated and seems to indicate that ringing can restart as of today. Feedback from Public Health England (PHE) has been incorporated in the notes. Final signoff by PHE has not yet been done, so further changes in guidance may occur.
